The fan blades for construction machinery are made of reinforced nylon composite materials or aluminum alloys, which have anti rust and anti stone impact properties.

2、 Professional maintenance methods
Daily inspection (before and after daily homework)
Shake test: Shake the fan by hand, and the radial clearance should be less than 2mm and the axial clearance should be less than 1mm.
Crack detection: Focus on inspecting the connection between the blade root and the hub, and use a strong flashlight to observe micro cracks.
Deep cleaning (every 250 working hours)
High pressure air gun dust removal: blow in reverse from the radiator, control the pressure at 3-5 Bar to avoid damaging the fins.
Oil pollution treatment: Soak stubborn oil sludge in diesel and clean it with a hard bristled brush (wire brush is prohibited).
Lubrication maintenance (every 500 hours)
Bearing lubrication: Use NLGI grade 2 lithium grease and add it through the oil nozzle until the old grease is completely drained.
